Step by step process for Etched Monthly.
1) Schedule our meet + greet.
Fill out the form and tell me a little bit about your goals.
2) Opportunity Assessment.
We will conduct a brief evaluation of your website and a search engine pre-check to ensure Socialhart can help, given your goals and budget. If we’re not a fit, I’ll let you know at what stage it’d be best to work together.
3) Finalize our contract.
You’ll finalize your payment (all months paid ahead of the month), sign your contract, and secure your Etched Monthly spot.
4) Questionnaire and onboarding
You’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide access to your data sources.
5) Personalized Preparation
Get invited to your kickoff call and set up monthly call preferences. Get added to Slack for easy communication during working hours.
6) Audit and Strategy Begins
Our team begins the audit and 12-month strategy process, which merges your business goals with our SEO strategy. We have bi-weekly check-ins until the audit is finalized and a 12-month plan is agreed upon.
7) Monthly consulting begins
Based on our 12-month roadmap in the audit phase, we begin our monthly sessions. Socialhart provides deliverables based on your roadmap and tier caps. If development or content writing is added on, we provide updates on progress.
8) Performance check-ins
We meet monthly with a call recording and an AI notetaker, with up to 30 days of access. Socialhart provides deliverables based on your roadmap and tier caps. If development or content writing is added on, we provide updates on progress.
9) Yearly Renewal
At the end of the year, you’ll renew your contract, and we’ll start our next year’s audit and roadmap.

The more context you give us upfront, the faster we move.
